The Basics Of Progressive Overload-
Progressive overload is when you continually increase the demands you are placing on your musculoskeletal system to improve your strength, muscle size or endurance.
As you get stronger you can add more weight to your exercises improving your all-round performance in the gym or chosen sport.
Progressive overload is one of the best ways to build muscles and improve your physique.
The easiest way to do this is to add weight to the bar once you can do all the prescribed sets and reps, but this isn’t the only way to use progressive overload. Time under tension or simply more reps or sets is all examples of progressive overload that if used correctly will get you good results in the gym.
