Tai Chi differs from other types of exercise and meditation as it allows you to concentrate fully on what you are doing, bringing about a state of mindfulness usually only found in the deepest meditation practices. 

The movements are free-flowing, never forced and can be easily adapted for anyone, no matter what your current fitness level may be.

Head instructor Master Mark West is a recorded sixth generation Yang Family Style Tai Chi student under Master Zhang Han Wen who is a world authority on Yang Family Style Tai Chi.
